Allan came to us with a scheduled knee surgery.  He gave us a try and has not had or needs any such surgery since we corrected the actual problem.  In this video, he is on his last set of this movement pattern. I filmed his last set to show how he still maintains perfect form throughout.  What ever movement you do, will get "programmed" in your brain.  For this reason, we never train with poor form or lack of energy.  He is stronger than he has ever been with this type of fitness programming.
