1. avoid anything that makes your heart race at least 2 hours before bed (exercise, caffeine, scary movies)

2. turn your bedroom into a cave an hour before bed (turn off all lights)

3. Get to bed as close to 10 PM as possible to insure that full exercise and memory recovery

All you have to do is follow those three steps and you will fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling like you actually slept.
