Back to school and regular exercise schedule!

Our children resume school in September and our regular work lives begin again as well. In order to promote optimum health and wellness, we need to incorporate movement into our sedintary schedules.Doing any exercise that you can do “regularly” is what I would recommend. There is no “best” exercise because we all have such different abilities and special needs. For instance, walking for 10 minutes after each meal will help you digest and assimilate food much easier than sitting on a couch. Conversely, doing vigorous ecercise without being trained to do so will only do more harm than good.
