4 White Devils

The following 4 groups of food are responsible for the majority of health problems in todays society. Eliminating them will drastically improve your health, vitality, emotions, abdominal bloating, and energy.

Before we go into depths about these particular non-foods, we need to understand the word processed.  Processing of food means to change it from its original state that it came from in nature.  For example, heating, adding stabilizers, colors, preservatives, chemical solvents, and dyes, is a form of processing food. Processing of food in any way, shape or form diminishes the quality of food and most importantly, how it responds in your body.

 

Processed Milk:

People have been convinced by the dairy industry that milk that has been processed/pasteurized/homogenized is healthy. On the contrary, it is the most notorious non-food that people eat that will impact their digestion.  Our digestion is the primary barrier from the outside world. Our immune system is severely hampered by foods that are intolerant to our digestion.  The 4 white devils independently affect this barrier and become even more harsh to our system when combined with the others.

 

Processed Sugar:

Refined sugar is lethal when ingested by humans because it provides only that which nutritionists describe as "empty" or "naked" calories. It lacks the natural minerals which are present in the sugar beet or cane.  In addition, sugar is worse than nothing because it drains and leaches the body of precious vitamins and minerals through the demand its digestion, detoxification and elimination makes upon one's entire

 

Processed Wheat:

I’m still astonished at how addicted people are to bread.  When I tell people I don’t eat bread, they ask me, “how do you eat pizza then”? So, the story continues with the most popular food in america, Pizza. Pizza contains all 4 white devils. Now you should not be surprised why its the most addictive food.  I grew up in a small town in NJ which I recently visited, and a member of my family commented on how many pizza restaurants there are in town.... 18 he said. This tiny town of 1.2 square miles contains 18 pizza restaurants and they are all busy establishments.

 

Processed Salt:

If you want your body to function properly, you need holistic salt complete with all-natural elements. Today's common table salt is poison that has nothing in common with natural salt.  Most common table salt is made up of chemicals that pollute your body and wreak havoc on your health. This is important since over 90% of the money that people spend on food is for processed food. Typical table salt crystals are totally isolated from each other. As a food, table salt is absolutely useless, and can potentially act as a destructive poison. In order for your body to try to metabolize table salt crystals, it must sacrifice tremendous amounts of energy. Inorganic sodium chloride upsets your fluid balance and constantly overburdens your elimination systems, which can impair your health. When your body tries to isolate the overdose of salt you typically expose it to, water molecules must surround the sodium chloride to break them up into sodium and chloride ions in order to help your body neutralize them. In addition, your table salt very often contains dangerous preservatives not required to be listed on the packaging.  Aluminum hydroxide is often added to improve the ability of table salt to pour.
