Real Food, Water, and Quiet
I'm sometimes called an "extremist" when it comes to how I live my life. I demand eating real food, drink clean water, and get to bed on time. Is that so extreme?
This dish is one of my many daily meals that I rotate between each day. Each dish usually takes me no more than 15-20 minutes to prepare. I usually prepare enough for at least two meals so that it eliminates the need to cook for each meal. I hold my meals as a sacred time to prepare them, enjoy them, and have a full satisfied feeling from each one. Rushing food into your body will only elicit indigestion even if it is a quality meal. Your eyes are the first way your body prepares for digestion. If you are not focused on your food and eating (talking on your phone, texting, working on computer, etc..) you will not have prepared your body for that food intake. My advice... Slow down, look, taste, eat, digest, and move again. Still sound extreme to you?
