Balancing your entire system using two BOSU balls
Using Swiss Balls, stability balls, or two BOSU balls is a very effective way to challenge the entire nervous system. In order to correctly fire your nervous system, it needs a little bit of a challenge in balance or coordination. The balls have a 360 degree option of movement. With this open pattern available, the body is left to counter balance any tipping or leaning the balls may do. Squatting on a stability ball is one of hardest movements you can challenge your body with. After doing this, you will feel like you have just squatted with 500 pounds on your back. I would not ever try on your own because a slip and fall is very possible.
