Lights out from the storm? Live like the Paleo days...
Holistic Wellness Network - Chatham, NJ affected by the storm
Prior to electricity, there was a huge ball of fire in the sky that we all as humans used to live by as our alarm clock, calendar, clock, vitamin D source, and warmth. We have lost our way with all this modern technology and forgot how to hunt and gather food, collect proper firewood, climb for safety, run from danger, and many other practical uses for our body. Don't get me wrong. I do enjoy all of the technology I use each day, including the ability to communicate with the whole world via my website. What I'm getting at is getting back to primal basic skills that can save our lives in times of need such as this past weekends storm that devistated so many homes and caused major power outages.
What I hope to teach those who train with me is the ability to fend for themselves if they were faced with challenges that come without warning. I teach people how to breathe, crawl, walk, run, jump, bend, twist, squat, push, and pull. All of these skills are absolutely necessary when there is no modern comfort through utilities.
