I’m sure you have seen TV, magazine, radio, and word of mouth advertising kettlebell workouts being the hottest new thing. Kettlebells have been around for over 100 years. They are different that dumbells in that they create an unbalanced platform for total body stability. Because of that, they feel twice as heavy as they really are. With one properly sized kettlebell, you can do an entire full body workout standing in place. I just love them for their humbling ability to take “tough guys” down a notch or two.
