Originally, dis-ease was a way of explaining how something in your body was simply not "at ease".  Simply put, out of homeostasis.  When the hyphen was dropped, it created a way for the medical community and big pharma to label every dis-ease you may have into a lifelong pill popping necessity.  It has even gone so far that it is now illegal to treat anyone's dis-ease with anything other than a pharmaceutical drug. (According to the law, only a drug can cure a disease).  If you enjoy this sillyness, then you will fit right in when it comes to living in the United States.  Every other country in the world has made it illegal to advertise drugs.  Advertising for drugs has been the worst thing that has happened to our society in my opinion.  It is now fashionable to have a dis-ease because now you have a medical excuse for living like a moron.  "Oh, it's ok, I have restless leg syndrome".  We used to call that anxiety.  "I have irritable bowel syndrome".  We call that gluten intolerance.  "I have chronic fatigue syndrome".  We call that adrenal fatigue from over stressing and getting to bed too late.

As my mentor Paul Chek says, "if you want to get out of your dis-ease, do the opposite of what got you there".  It sounds almost too easy, but it's the exact answer we give our clients with all their problems.  "Ouch, my knee hurts." I always ask, "how did you look in your high heel last night"? There is always a reason why your body hurts.  It can easily be found when you understand how the body functions and how people, in general, are creatures of habit.  So, start today with a reversal of one of your habits that cause your body to ache.  I always recommend dropping the wheat from your diet first...
