I decided to post this video since the whole food industry loves confused people.  In all my years of steering people towards health, I have yet to find someone who was not sensitive to grain products.  In order to truly find out your intolerance, you must keep away from all grains for a minimum of 3-6 weeks to allow your immune system to come back to life to show you how intolerant you are by trying a single dose of wheat and see what happens.  Every single time I've had someone try this, they would always have a major gut reaction by way of either, but not limited to, diarrhea, gas, bloating, irritability, belching, reflux, headache, fatigue, etc...  This immune system response is what is happening all along, except your reaction level to it goes unnoticed while eating grains on a daily basis.
